Disability Fitness Program:

For starters, it’s important that you let your doctor, physiotherapist or health care provider, as well as your support team, know that you have plans to start a regular exercise pattern. Most likely, they will be very supportive of your efforts. At SESA Fitness we will talk to you about finding ways to exercise which will suit your individual needs and disability.

Group Fitness Classes:

Group Fitness classes are choreographed sessions that look like a group of people doing different exercises together at their own rate of speed, intensity, and ability.

Exercising  in a group environment can be a great motivating factor. Group members support one and other and everybody has a smile on their face at the end of the session.  It is also a cost effective way to stay fit!

At SESA Fitness we offer Health and Nutrition advice and personalised meal plans. Stay healthy for the future by choosing to eat a variety of foods from all 5 food groups every day (fruit, veggies, calcium, grain and protein).

Body Composition Analysis:

Fitness assessment includes a series of measurements that help determine the health status and physical fitness of an individual.
