Family respite or individualised Short-Term Accommodation ‘getaways’ can be personally designed for you. We offer 2–5-night programs to improve your wellbeing through connecting with others, yourself and nature. Each retreat has a focus such as fun, healthy eating, wellness and movement.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new initiative designed by the Australian Government to assist all Australians under 65 with permanent and significant disabilities. Under this scheme, Australians will have access to the support they need to live a rewarding life. Through this, nutrition and lifestyle support, including fitness, is provided.

At SESA Fitness we offer Health and Nutrition advice and personalised meal plans. Stay healthy for the future by choosing to eat a variety of foods from all 5 food groups every day (fruit, veggies, calcium, grain and protein).
