The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new initiative designed by the Australian Government to assist all Australians under 65 with permanent and significant disabilities. Under this scheme, Australians will have access to the support they need to live a rewarding life. Through this, nutrition and lifestyle support, including fitness, is provided.

SESA Fitness offers fitness services through NDIS across South West Sydney area. We provide services to Self-Managed and Plan Managed participants. We understand that entering a fitness and nutrition program can be a bit overwhelming, especially for a person with a disability.

This is why we will provide you with a unique and customised fitness and nutrition program to suit all your needs.

Our goal is to offer safe and enjoyable fitness programs that allows clients to build mobility and strength, regain confidence and live a healthier, active life. 

At SESA Fitness we will talk to you about finding ways to exercise which will suit your individual needs and disability.

Benefits of exercise for people with a disability

To help you achieve your exercise goals, you may also be eligible for funding such as through to NDIS. Talk to your service provider. You can also contact SESA Fitness to discuss this option for you and what you may be eligible for. As soon as you get started, you will start to feel the benefits of a good exercise – and any type of exercise can help, physically, mentally and even emotionally.
